Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your child to be delighted with your purchase. If your item isn’t the right fit, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 20 days of purchase to obtain the refund in the bank. Please note that all SALE items are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Log in to your account and go to “My Orders.”
  2. Select the relevant order and click Request Return.
  3. Choose the items to return and submit your request.
  4. Allow 1-2 business days for our team to review your request.
  5.  You will receive an email with return shipping instructions once your request is approved

At The Bean Walk, every piece we curate is crafted with immense care, passion, and dedication by talented artisans and family-owned brands. To support their incredible work and maintain fair pricing, we charge a flat fee of $10 on returns, excluding defective items. This helps us continue championing homegrown craftsmanship while keeping waste and costs low. Thank you for valuing the love and effort behind each piece.

Return Policy

Canada

  • All returns incur a flat CAD 10 return shipping fee.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Returns missing tags may incur a 50% restocking fee.
  • Sale items or items discounted 25% or more are final sale.

USA

  • All returns incur a flat USD 10 return shipping fee.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Returns missing tags may incur a 50% restocking fee.
  • Sale items or items discounted 25% or more are final sale.

Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns and are hassle-free.

·      For exchanges, simply process a return for the item you'd like to replace and place a new order for your desired item

·      Final Sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind.

 

Processing and Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, it will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the return is completed.
  • We are not responsible for any lost return parcels.

Defective Item Policy

  1. Eligibility:
    • Defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
    • Defects include manufacturing flaws (e.g., stitching errors, fabric damage) or incorrect items shipped.
  2. Proof Required:
    • Submit clear photos/videos of the defect and packaging as proof.
    • Approval is subject to review by our team.
  3. Conditions:
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
    • Damage caused by misuse, washing, or wear is not considered defective.
  4. Resolution Options:
    • Approved defective items qualify for free return shipping or an exchange.
    • Refunds or store credits are issued upon inspection.
  5. Non-Qualifying Claims:
    • Claims without proof or filed after the 5-day window will not be accepted
