Shipping & Returns

Canadian Shipping
  • Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS from our Canadian warehouse. Our team works diligently to process and ship orders within 2 business days. During peak sale periods, shipping may take 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • FREE Shipping within Canada for orders of CAD 150 or more.
  • For orders under CAD 150, a flat shipping fee of CAD 15 applies.
  • Orders that are refused or deemed undeliverable will incur a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund. This fee is based on carrier charges for returning the package (typically $15-$30).
USA Shipping
  • Orders are shipped using Canada Post/USPS or UPS.
  • FREE Shipping to the USA for orders of USD 250 or more.
  • For orders under USD 250, a flat shipping fee of USD 22 applies.
  • Note: All orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouse. Shipments to the USA may be subject to additional taxes or duties upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your child to be delighted with your purchase. If your item isn’t the right fit, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 15 days of purchase to obtain the refund in the bank . Please note that all SALE items are final sale.


How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Log in to your account and go to “My Orders.”
  2. Select the relevant order and click "Request Return."
  3. Choose the items to return and submit your request.
  4. Allow 1-2 business days for our team to review your request.
  5.  You will receive an email with return shipping instructions once your request is approved.

Return Policy Details:

  • Return shipping costs are free for return / exchanges of defective items.
  • Return/Exchange shipping is free within Canada within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Return shipping is a flat rate of CAD 8 for returns initiated between 15 and 30 days after the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
  • Returns missing original tags may incur a 50% restocking fee.
  • Discounted items with codes of 25% or greater and sale items are final sale.

Processing and Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, it will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the return is completed.
  • For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired items.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for any lost return parcels.

Promotions:

  • Promotions and discounts are valid only during the promotional period. Promo codes and discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.

Order Processing:

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days, except during peak holiday periods. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. For tracking within Canada, visit www.canadapost.ca. For USA tracking, use the same number on USPS.com.
